RoofSurge provides storm-targeting and crew-verification tools. Storm and property data are estimates to help you prioritize work — they are not a guarantee of roof damage, a sale, or any outcome. You are responsible for how your crews use the service, including compliance with door-knocking, calling, and texting laws in your markets.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and only contact homeowners in line with applicable law and the consent they gave. Misuse — including contacting do-not-contact records — may result in suspension.
Territories & billing
Territory availability and pricing are set out in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change features or pricing with notice.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofSurge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
